Indeed, and so could SAS/Insight, which also offers dynamic, linked
graphics, rotating 3D plots, and other cool stuff within the SAS system
proper. There are many other statistical products available that could
be of use to people using neural networks, especially since NN software
tends to provide little in the way of data preprocessing and
postprocessing and diagnostic graphics. You could look on
sci.stat.consult or bit.listserv.stat-l (supposedly the same thing) for
more information on statistical software.
