Hi everyone,

     I am graduate student working in the area of NeuralNet models
for Image Processing.
     I read a couple of papers where a Polynomial Basis Function is
used for analysing Backpropagation.I wonder if there is anyone out there
who is working with Polynomial basis Functions.
