Hi!

Has anyone heard of the SYNAPSE-1?
As far as I know this is a neural computer with 8000 neurons in hardware 
by Siemens AG, Munich, Germany.

I'm interested in the hardware design and I would appreciate any 
references you can give me on that topic.
