Anyone willing to create and publish such lexicons for the public
domain, please do so.   Just as it is now everybody's equal right
to clone the human body as yet another avenue of reproduction and
just as it is the equal right of anyone with a pertinent, germane
message to post it under the rules of free speech on the Internet
