Hi,
I'm starting a dissertation on the state of natural language processing today,
and where we have reached in terms of accuracy of translation.

Could someone please suggest books and articles to read concerning this.

I would also like information on the problems encountered during research
into this subject, especially some "amusing" errors in translation, eg:
hydraulic rams becomming water-sheep

Any help would be greatfully appreciated

please send any replies to : I.J.Oliver@bton.ac.uk

many thanks, hwyl fawr

Ian
