OOOOOH where to start !

How about a recipe reading system that builds semantic models of the
state of the ingredients..

So you have a list of ingredients and instructions on how to combine
them. So flour starts off as a dry powder, water as a liquid and mixed
they become a paste...

You could then have a query system that responds to questions about
the database...What is dough made from ? etc...

Yes, this was a project for my CL course to MSc.
