Hello all,

I read a couple of years ago about Hugo de Garis' project to
"Build a Brain" with over a million neuron units in it by
genetic programming methods using a CAM (cellular automata machine I
believe).

Is it still going, and have any results come from it? It sounded like such
an amazing project proposal that I've often thought of it.

Can anyone supply any info?

Cheers, Chris Goodwin (cgo@doc.ntu.ac.uk)
