Hello all.

I have an evolutionary computation system that uses only mutation to
perturb an initial (yet very good) solution. I perform these mutations on
a population of individuals using elitism. The major problem here, is what
is it?

I would venture to call it a Genetic Algorithm, but i do not have
crossover. I am certain that a GA guru would shoot me down for calling my
system a GA.

Could someone out there, tell me what i should call my system. I don't
want to add to the spreading of misnamed techniques.

Regards, Brian
