Hi there!

From what I've read there exist methods to dynamically adapt GA operator
probabilities during the course of a GA run. Examples of this are the
method proposed by Davis and the practice in the ES community of encoding
mutation probabilites onto each member of the population.

So, in short, what I'm looking for are references to these and any other
similar methods. Theoretical papers on this subject would also be welcomed.
