RE tools for the construction of GAs in c++

well, it would be very handy if you could find a way to apply the game_theory_esque
method of scoring whole trees from sub-trees to portions of the genetic code or subtrees (or however it is you represent the code) 

If you could do that then it would be possible to actively target those portions of the genetic code which are most deficient for evolution or as suitable crossover points.
