Same story here. I ended up tossing the fu**ing Wingman Extreme in my closet 
and tried to forget I ever bough it. I was _VERY_ disapointed as I have used 
Logitech's mouses for a while, and have always been happy with them. 
I will definitely never again buy any other joystick from them. And as 
far as I have seen lately the Kensington (sp?) mouses are very good too.
Oh well, at least I did not buy SoftRAM95!  :)
