Eh? I don't have a problem with it from the Player's point of view, as it
saves you having to constantly guard your Harvs. However, from the AI's
point of view, it'd be a lot better if troops could take out targets of
opportunity (like undefended harvesters). Admittedly, this is picky, but
we are talking about improving the AI... :)
