For those of you who showed interest in the paper that I mentioned which
discussed underlying neurophysiological bases of emotion and a formal
framework for understanding the relationship, I have made an ASCII version
of the paper (the equations are not pretty, but hey....) available by
anonymous ftp to psych.rochester.edu in /pub/stevens/emerge.txt.

This is not the paper which describes the simulation or the simulation
results. Because that paper has not been printed anywhere, I will not make
it available until it has been accepted for publication. Email me if you
want your name on a list to get the paper describing simulation
results when it is made available.

Thank you,
Greg Stevens
