I believe it's a quad 555 timer chip, there was an empty slot for it
on my Apple II-Minus board a _lot_ of years back.  LM is generally
National Semiconductor, but I'm not certain this chip ever existed.
If you can figure out the pinout you're probably better off making a
daughterboard with 4 555s or a couple of 556s.
