not, why? Are they unreliable, expensive, or both.
I am designing a toy robot which lends itself to the use of
sliprings. I need at leased six connections. The cheapest comercial ones
I could find were 50 US $ this was too expensive for a toy. I believe
the older version of Radio Shacks Armitron used sliprings, but I haven't
been able to find one.
does any one Know of a good design for homemade sliprings?
I prefer the pancake style.
