I'd need to know more about your lab setup, throughput, time constraints,
space constraints, etc.  There are probably a number of industrial arms
that could do what you want, with proper tooling, or it may be more
practical in your case to go with some kind of hard automation.  There
may even be machines on the market that already do what you want, but
they'd know more about them than I.
