You should have, in addition to this file:

xpnet.dyn	dynamic version of the executable
xpnet.stat	static version of the executable
xpnet.1 man page
*.net files with proof structures
pax_file	file containing pax formulae for pax.net
aux.ps file with routines needed for PostScript output

We have included two versions of xpnet, one compiled using
dynamically-linked libraries (xpnet.dyn) and one using static
libraries (xpnet.stat). If the dynamic version works, you should use
that and delete the other, as it is very large. The statically-linked
version is included as a safety, in case you are not set up for using
dynamically-linked libraries. After you decide which of the two to use
you should rename it to be xpnet so the desciption of resources given
in the man page will be accurate.

The man page pretty much explains what to do with the rest. Enjoy!
