I doubt it.

That brief reply really points out the most obvious problem with such
skepticism.  It is self-refuting.  If one really should be doubting everything
then how canone know even whether one should doubt everything? Can you be 
certain that you remembered what the definition of the word "doubt" is?
Can you really know where you heard that you ought to doubt everything and
that you decided that you should?  Why should such an issue even arise in
the first place?
