This same question keeps coming up again and again and the anti-clone folks
never seem able to answer it.  If someone says "It's probably dangerous to
give that pistol to the baby." it can be easily pointed out just what the 
potential negative consequences are (for example that he'll shoot himself
with it or shoot someone else).  But when you say that cloning is "probably
dangerous from a social point of view" what logical consequences are you 
thinking we would want to avoid?
