Anyone out there remember the SimTown thread, about a year ago? I'm
trying to learn a bit of AI on my own, and I thought it would be an
interesting thing to try (even if I know it's far too complex for me,
but..:).

My question is: What kind of method you would use for this? From what
I've read, it should be something like small neural nets for each
specific task or event, as if they were localized nets..

I want to start working on this, but I just don't know where to start or
what to look at.. if anyone wants to give me a hand, I'd love to hear :)
