ISR is the focal point in SCS for research and graduate education in
Software Engineering (SE) and Computation Organizations and Society (COS).
It additionally supports research and education in Information
Infrastructure in Emerging Economics and in Digital Libraries.
The ISR home page has
information about our diverse educational and research programs.
Additionally, ISR hosts a
variety of professional and executive programs including the Masters in
Software Engineering (MSE) program, now more than two decades, the MSIT in
eBusiness, the MSIT in Very Large Information Systems (VLIS), the MSIT in
Software Engineering Management, and, joint with ECE, the MSIT in Embedded
Software Engineering.
We have joint MS programs in Korea, Portugal (also PhD), and India.
The ISR is home
to approximately thirty faculty, seventy visitors and staff, and more than a
hundred MS and PhD students.
