I am the Computer Science Librarian in the Engineering & Science Library at Carnegie Mellon. I support the research needs of students and faculty in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Robotics and the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center.

My background is a little unusual. I have a variety of experience in both industry and academic libraries, as well as in scientific and humanities libraries. I may have the outer appearance of a technologist but my heart is in the humanities.

I'm originally from Minnesota but I've lived in the Northwest, the West Coast, New England, and the East Coast. So as you can see, I bring an unusual blend of experiences and background to my position here at Carnegie Mellon.
