Hello, I'm Gunhee Kim. I will be an Intel/CMU summer fellow (aka Summer Internship) at Intel Pittsburgh from May to August 2008. My mentors at Intel are Rahul Sukthankar and Shimin Chen. I'm still coworking with my advisors at CMU, Martial Hebert and Christos Faloutsos.

I recently completed my Masters at The Robotics Institute in the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University in May 2008. I was advised by Martial Hebert. I also closely worked with Daniel Huber for the GDRS project. Another faculty member of my commitee was Christos Faloutsos.

Before coming to CMU, I was a research scientist in Intelligent Robotics Research Center at KIST (the oldest national research Institute in Korea) for five years.

My research interests are computer vision, machine learning, data mining, and robotics.
