These hotels are near to the campus of Carnegie Mellon
University and within reasonable walking distance.
According to the CMU website, the Holiday Inn is less than
a mile from campus and the Wyndham is one mile from campus.
If you prefer, dormitory rooms are available on campus,
and may be reserved by accessing the conference
registration webpage. A double room on campus costs $29.50
per night per person. If enough rooms are still available,
a double room may be offered for single use at $59 per
night. A limited number of small single rooms is also now
available for $42.50 per night. The registration page has
more details, and will be updated to take account of
availability.
Each conference or workshop participant is responsible for making his or her own accommodation reservation.
Please note that hotel rooms will only be available for reservation at the special conference rate until June 2. After that date we cannot guarantee hotel availability and the reduced room rate may not be offered.Participants should also register for conferences (LICS and CSF) and workshops through the official CMU registration page, before June 1, to take advantage of early registration fees. Between June 2 and June 10 online registration will still be available, but at late rates which are significantly higher. After June 10 registration can only be accepted on-site after prior arrangement with the organizers.
