Hey everyone--

I hope everyone's enjoyed the first few sporting events of the summer.
I wanted to let you know about the new offerings by the Kids Summer
Sports League.
This summer (on a week to week basis--no need to sign up!) we'll be
offering a series of parent-child classes and adventure challenges. No
need to register, just sign up online up to three days before a class
starts so that the instructor can anticipate attendance. For adventure
challenges, please sign up at least 1 week in advance. Stay up to date
on the website for changes, additions and new info! Since this is a
new program, the offerings for this summer are somewhat limited,
however, depending on the response we get, we hope to continue this
program through the schoolyear.

CLASSES (Starting May 10)--$5 per class
Parent-Child Yoga (for parents and their preschool-kindergarden age
children)
Fitness Combo (parents and children over 8)--each week is a new way to
stay fit! Try kickboxing, water aerobics, stationary biking, jogging,
weight training, and many other fitness forms! See the Calendar for
the schedule...Try something new, do it for life!
Triathalon Training (parents and children over 10)--train together for
our own end of the summer triathalon!
	Water Aerobics

	ADVENTURE CHALLENGES--fees vary
We will be arranging teams and transportation for a number of
adventure challenges in the tri-state area. Most are geared at middle
and high school aged children.

Park-- Need a team of two. Bicycle 7 miles then (with your partner),
canoe Lake Arthur back to the start line. Multiple age brackets
NOT YOUR AVERAGE OBSTACLE COURSE-- age 12-15 -- June 23, Carnegie
Science Center -- Compete in an obstacle course that challenges your
mind and your skills. Rock climb, bike across a tightrope, and many
other tasks while gaining clues to solve the puzzle.
